Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice offered through light hands-on or hands-off support, according to your comfort and preference.
At Inner Flow Health, Reiki is held within a grounded, nervous-system-aware approach. Each session is personalised and may also include breath, somatic grounding and supportive conversation, creating space to slow down, settle and reconnect.
Located in Tweed Heads South, these sessions support deep relaxation, emotional wellbeing and a greater sense of balance, without pressure or expectation.
Each session is guided by what feels supportive for you on the day. Reiki forms the foundation with breath, somatic grounding or supportive conversation.
Rather than pushing for change, the focus is on creating a calm, respectful environment where the body can soften and the nervous system can settle at its own pace.
Many people move through daily life carrying tension, mental busyness or a sense of being constantly "on".
A Reiki and nervous system support session offers dedicated time to pause. The environment is intentionally calm, with soft lighting, gentle sound and minimal stimulation ~ creating space for the body and mind to move towards a quieter, more restorative state.
Nothing is forced or expected. You are invited to rest while Reiki and other gentle supports are offered at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Sessions are quiet, restorative and deeply calming. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on the treatment bed.
Reiki may be offered through gentle, non-invasive touch or completely hands-off, according to your preference. Your comfort, boundaries and consent guide the session at all times.
Some sessions remain mostly quiet, while others may include supportive conversation, breath or grounding. There is no pressure to feel or experience anything in particular ~ simply space to rest and receive support at your own pace.
Each session begins with a brief conversation about how you have been feeling and what you would like support with.
You will then be invited to rest comfortably while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or hands-off practice. Breath, somatic grounding or supportive conversation may also be included where appropriate.
Sessions run for approximately 75 minutes, including time to arrive, settle and gently reorient afterwards.
Every person experiences Reiki differently. During or following a session, you may notice:
• a sense of deep relaxation
• warmth, tingling or subtle sensations
• thoughts beginning to slow or settle
• a sense of calm or emotional spaciousness
• greater mental quiet or clarity
• feeling more grounded and settled
You may also experience very little sensation during the session. There is no expected response ~ your experience is entirely individual.
• ongoing stress or difficulty switching off
• feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy or emotionally depleted
• difficulty relaxing, resting or feeling grounded
• periods of change, grief or increased emotional load
• tension carried through the body
• digestive changes that seem to occur alongside stress
• a desire for quiet, reconnection and supported self-care
You don't need to be experiencing a particular concern to book. Some people choose Reiki as dedicated time to rest, reconnect and support their overall wellbeing.
Sessions take place in the Rebalance Room ~ a private, calming space at Inner Flow Health in Tweed Heads South, created for comfort and minimal stimulation.
You are welcomed without pressure or expectation. Each session is shaped around your individual needs, with time to arrive exactly as you are.
Whether you are seeking rest, emotional support or gentle reconnection, the intention is to offer a calm, respectful space where you can pause.
Reiki sits naturally within the wider Inner Flow approach: Regulate > Release > Rebalance.
It may be booked as a standalone session or form part of a broader, personalised pathway alongside colon hydrotherapy, holistic counselling and other nervous system supports where appropriate, and openly discussed and offered with preference and consent.
Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and isn't intended to replace medical or psychological assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
A quiet space to slow down, settle the mind, reconnect, and simply be.
